Yay more iPhone cases! Today we look at a wallet style case which is slightly more conventional than the last one we looked at (the Twelve South BookBook). So far we have found that our wallet style cases have done really well. It makes sense too if you think about it as all you really need sometimes is a credit card, ID and your iPhone. Today we look at one option the Sena Hampton Wallet which holds your iPhone, cards and notes while looking nice too.
Inside there are 3 card slots, a larger pocket for cash and the iPhone holder. You get access to all ports, switches and even the camera
Design The Hampton Wallet comes in 3 styles, croco black, croco red and black/white stripe. All styles are made from geniune leather (the croco is actually a croc pattern embossed on the leather). Inside there are 3 card slots, a larger pocket for cash and the iPhone holder. You get access to all ports, switches and even the camera. The design for camera access is rather smart, the buckle for the case doubles as protection for the camera lens while it isn't in use, so from the outside there are no weird camera holes. Branding is very minimal, with a small Sena logo embossed on the inside of the case and on the buckle.
These nice designs combined with Sena quality leather and craftsmanship make the Hampton Wallet a winner.
Final Thoughts I really like the striped one, it isn't for everyone but it is bold (but not in a RIM kind of way), distinctive and a bit different from the plainer wallet cases out there. For those who want to dial it back a bit the croc designs are just as nice without being as loud. These nice designs combined with Sena quality leather and craftsmanship make the Hampton Wallet a winner.
